If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refunds for unused services or subscription fees.

BodyViva Functional Medicine and Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodyViva Functional Medicine and Wellness, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Illinois.
